The costs for cosmetic plastic surgery financing

Cosmetic plastic surgery is not for the rich and famous anymore. Just about anyone wanting a facelift, liposuction, breast implants, a breast lift, laser surgery, tummy tuck surgery, nose surgery or any other surgery you might think of can get cosmetic plastic surgery financing.

The cost of surgery will vary based on your needs and the complexity of your desired procedure. The costs are variable for most cosmetic or plastic surgery procedures.

The cosmetic surgery costs are the surgeon's fee, anesthesia, operating room cost, if your procedure requires some type of implant like breast implants there will be a cost for that as well. Patients that don't take the time to understand these cosmetic plastic surgery costs risk anxiety and frustration before going in to their cosmetic plastic surgery procedure.

The Cosmetic Surgeon's Fee
The Cosmetic or plastic surgeons fee for your cosmetic surgery procedure will vary depending on the complexity and number of hours required to complete the desired procedure.

Operating Room Cost
Most cosmetic surgeons utilize what is called a Fully Accredited Surgery Center by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF) to perform their procedures. This center may be in he cosmetic surgeon's office in which case they will usually include the operating room cost in their fee. It may also be a suite in a surgical center that the cosmetic surgeon will rent, and will often cost from $600-$900 per hour. The complexity and duration of your procedure will also affect this cost and in many cases your surgeon will ask you to make your payment directly to the surgical center for the use of their facility, another consideration for cosmetic surgery financing.

Anesthesia
A variety of medical professionals are qualified to administer anesthesia, but licensed professionals that administer anesthesia will charge between $200 and $350 per hour. This is one area where you don't want to shop for the best deal because you get what you pay for, and you don't want to pay with your life. Remember unlike the cosmetic or plastic surgeon your anesthesiologists is the person who makes the decision on when you wake up. the Like operating room costs, your cosmetic surgeon may ask you to pay for anesthesia separate from your surgeon's fee.

Devices
Breast implants, cheek and chin implants and injectables like botox, and collagen are often referred to as 'devices'. Device costs will vary by implant size and quality or injectable volume. While device costs are usually included with the cosmetic surgeon's fee, they can represent a significant part of your procedure cost.
